Notice To Abate Junk Vehicles

The following motor vehicles were determined to be junked after an on-sight inspection by an official of the City of Victoria.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article V of the Texas Litter Abatement Act to the owner and all lien holders with respect to the following described motor vehicles, which are now junked, to be removed within ten (10) days from and after the date of this publication or else the vehicles will become deemed junked according to Texas law and the City of Victoria will have the vehicles removed which would prohibit such vehicles from being reconstructed or made operable after being removed. Pursuant to law, the failure of the owner and lien holders to exercise their right to remove the vehicles from said location within the time provided, shall constitute a waiver by said owners and lien holders of all right, title and interest in the vehicles.
